Hey girl, one step to self love is to treat yourself and not just because it’s Galentine’s Day! Of course, affirmations (hopefully your New Year’s resolution included more of them) will change your life, are a great way to start the day, as well as to lower stress, but so does a splurge to declare your worth.
Do you, boo
The person in life that you will always be with the most, is yourself, and when you realize that happiness is a very personal thing than you will be a much more fulfilled person. Trust me. That’s my secret. And the perfect red lipstick for that pout. So make sure you smell good, scrub up, and shop because you deserve it. And, do you, boo.
Peace, love, perfume
Your weekly grocery list should include wine, chocolate and flowers. Hence the word weekly, and not just on Valentine’s Day. It makes me happy and I can do it under $10 (oh, I can smell the sunflowers now). The bottle of wine, well that I will save for another blog post because I’m not the best at drinking anything under $20 a bottle and I blame it on the wine flu. Self love is not selfish. I’m married and he spoils me, but I still grab some flowers at checkout to brighten the day, the bar cart and my heart.
