Hello, it’s me Bad to the Blonde. Two-piece knit sets are the latest trend in loungewear. And I am feeling it. Pun intended. At least the coronavirus has made staying in cute and comfortable! And, if you accessorize it with a chain necklace and twist up a top knot, now you have a complete effortless outfit for the gram. So stay in and order takeout tonight while shopping in style.
Fuzzy is all the feels on the feed
I caught myself wanting to touch this trend right through the feed. Fuzzy just give me the feels. Basically you can’t scroll Instagram without seeing a matching set. Kim K and Kendall will stop you in Skims. Nastia’s legs look a mile long in length and she is not even wearing leggings…and she warms up a cold bathroom with a robe because it is a key third piece. Basically, it’s cool to be cozy so get serious about your PJs!
So this set thing made me stop scrolling, and I did some searching of mine own to make it my own. Brown just doesn’t work on my skin tone. White and wine don’t mix. Mauve is the new minimalist. And as a maximalist, I need a little color in my life and something to complement my hair. So my eyes were set on mauve.
Don’t sweat it
It is set [not sweat] season. Comfy has changed into casually sexy when wide leg pants pair with a knit tank. A matching set has a luxurious appeal that comes from that lightweight feel. When I first got this I thought I was going to sweat profusely…summer is far from over in the South but I stayed surprisingly comfy.
Sweatpants jut can’t compete with the new comfy crop pulling our eyes back up to the top! Two is certainly better than one and you can mix and match the pieces in a set for seasons to come. So take off your bra put on a chain link necklace to accessorize. Pull on the high rise bottoms and en route to the fridge.
This is a little different vibe, but me and Araya Photography wanted to bring you into my home and show off that I painted my toe nails. Shop the links below from your couch and stay home in a matching set.
